Spiral Together, a small and intimate transpersonal psychotherapy circle for those ready to deepen in the company of others walking the path. Spiral Together has been born from a longing for community, connection, and depth- a place to tend what is alive within and between us.
This community will be a space to explore the layers of self, psyche, heart, and spirit - held in a safe, relational field. Together, we’ll weave group process, transpersonal psychotherapy, IFS and parts work, breathwork and breath codes, wisdom transmissions and somatic practice, we’ll explore what it means to heal in relationship with one another.
Group work amplifies healing; what one person shares often becomes medicine for another. Spiral Together is for those who long to be witnessed, to grow in community, and to spiral into deeper alignment with truth and love.
If you feel the call, I would love to hear from you. We are opening our doors, arms and hearts in January 2026 to begin this Spiral. We will meet weekly on Wednesday evenings on zoom.

The mirror of relationship. How we see, are seen, connect, and protect — and the spaces between us where healing unfolds.

Turning toward what we hide. Welcoming the unseen, the uncomfortable, the tender parts that hold the gold.

Awakening our life force. Reclaiming inner authority and cultivating right relationship with energy, will, and truth.

Softening the heart. Meeting the places that long, ache, open, and resist — tending to what love truly means.

Remembering the greater field. Connecting with guidance, intuition, and the vast intelligence moving through all life.

Integration and embodiment. Anchoring insight into action, exploring how our healing ripples outward into the collective.
The price is offered on a sliding scale of £50–£80 per session. I trust you to choose the price that honours both your financial position and my time and energy, and ask you to keep this price consistent for the duration of the Spiral.
