Spiral Together, a small and intimate transpersonal psychotherapy circle for those ready to deepen in the company of others walking the path. Spiral Together has been born from a longing for community, connection, and depth- a place to tend what is alive within and between us.
This community will be a space to explore the layers of self, psyche, heart, and spirit - held in a safe, relational field. Together, we’ll weave group process, transpersonal psychotherapy, IFS and parts work, breathwork and breath codes, wisdom transmissions and somatic practice, we’ll explore what it means to heal in relationship with one another.
Group work amplifies healing; what one person shares often becomes medicine for another. Spiral Together is for those who long to be witnessed, to grow in community, and to spiral into deeper alignment with truth and love.

The price is offered on a sliding scale of £50–£80 per session. I trust you to choose the price that honours both your financial position and my time and energy, and ask you to keep this price consistent for the duration of the Spiral.
Please note by being a member of the group you commit to the full 7 weeks.
