Soul Work is a guided, depth-based transformation process designed to support people in becoming their essence and expressing their true nature in the world. It brings together psychotherapeutic insight, embodied spiritual practice and soul inquiry to help you understand who you are beneath conditioning, heal the patterns that restrict your expression and reconnect with the intelligence that moves through your life. At its core, Soul Work is about remembering the song of your soul and learning how to live in relationship with it, so that your choices, creativity and leadership arise from alignment rather than habit, fear or external expectation.

This work is especially vital at this time. Humanity is moving through a profound shift in consciousness where old systems of power, identity and separation are breaking down, and something new is trying to be born. Many people feel disoriented, disconnected or called to live differently, yet lack the inner tools to navigate this transition. Soul Work offers a grounded pathway through this threshold, supporting the integration of shadow, nervous system regulation and soul-level meaning so that awakening becomes embodied rather than abstract. It honours both the psychological and the spiritual, recognising that personal healing and collective evolution are inseparable, and that living in truth is one of the most radical acts of service we can offer the world at this moment.

The Soul Work journey unfolds over nine weeks, structured across three trimesters to support depth, integration and embodiment. Each week includes several short teaching videos, guided embodied practices and reflective journaling, alongside a live integration session held in group. The container also includes an opening ceremony and a closing ceremony, anchoring the work in ritual and intention. All teachings are pre-recorded so participants can move at their own rhythm, while the live calls provide relational support, inquiry and integration. Through this structure, Soul Work becomes not just something you learn, but something you live, a practical and poetic pathway into the New Earth values of presence, coherence, responsibility and love.

This psychospiritual journey- where training, study and immersion meet initiation is open to to anyone who feels curious about life, meaning and the deeper currents moving through their experience. It welcomes seekers, creatives and journeyers who feel called to understand themselves more fully and live with greater truth, depth and vitality.

This course also welcomes therapists, coaches, facilitators and space holders who wish to deepen their understanding of the soul, integrate transpersonal perspectives and bring more embodied, soulful depth into the way they work with others.
