Soul Work is a guided, depth-based psycho-spiritual transformation process designed to support people in becoming their essence and expressing their true nature in the world. It brings together psychotherapeutic insight, embodied spiritual practice and soul inquiry to help you understand who you are beneath conditioning, heal the patterns that restrict your expression and reconnect with the intelligence that moves through your life. At its core, Soul Work is about remembering the song of your soul and learning how to live in relationship with it, so that your choices, creativity and leadership arise from alignment rather than habit, fear or external expectation.
This work is especially vital at this time. Humanity is moving through a profound shift in consciousness where old systems of power, identity and separation are breaking down, and something new is trying to be born. Many people feel disoriented, disconnected or called to live differently, yet lack the inner tools to navigate this transition. Soul Work offers a grounded pathway through this threshold, supporting the integration of shadow, nervous system regulation and soul-level meaning so that awakening becomes embodied rather than abstract. It honours both the psychological and the spiritual, recognising that personal healing and collective evolution are inseparable, and that living in truth is one of the most radical acts of service we can offer the world at this moment.
The Soul Work journey unfolds over nine weeks, structured across three trimesters to support depth, integration and embodiment. Each week includes several short teaching videos, guided embodied practices and reflective journaling, alongside a live integration session held in group. The container also includes an opening ceremony and a closing ceremony, anchoring the work in ritual and intention. All teachings are pre-recorded so participants can move at their own rhythm, while the live calls provide relational support, inquiry and integration. Through this structure, Soul Work becomes not just something you learn, but something you live, a practical and poetic pathway into the New Earth values of presence, coherence, responsibility and love.
This psychospiritual journey- where training, study and immersion meet initiation- is open to to anyone who feels curious about life, meaning and the deeper currents moving through their experience. It welcomes seekers, creatives and journeyers who feel called to understand themselves more fully and live with greater truth, depth and vitality.
This course also welcomes therapists, coaches, facilitators and space holders who wish to deepen their understanding of the soul, integrate transpersonal perspectives and bring more embodied, soulful depth into the way they work with others.

The Template
Module 1
A grand opening. A deep remembering.
Before we descend, we ascend. This opening module is anchored in breathwork and energetic practice, lifting us to the highest soul frequency so we may set the template for everything that follows. Here we connect with source, remember who we truly are beyond conditioning and story, and anchor the prayer of this journey. It is a profound and spacious beginning, an invitation to meet yourself at the level of soul before we begin the work of becoming.
Module 2
How we live. How we be. How we see.
This module lays the qualitative foundation for the entire journey, drawing on indigenous knowledge, Gene Keys, astrology and transpersonal psychotherapy to begin unravelling your unique soul template. Through Groffian theory and the intelligence of healing, we open to a wider cosmology of existence. This is not about being told how to live. It is about beginning to see the extraordinary map that is already written within you.
Module 3
Anchoring the Vessel.
Here the teachings land in the body and in the life. We discover your own energetic tools and practices, the ones that will sustain and resource you through everything that comes. We explore what it means to live life as a prayer, and we begin to build your temple pillars. What are the values and non-negotiables that hold your devotional life? This is where your unique container takes shape.
Module 4
From lead to gold.
This is where the real power is put to work. Through IFS and parts work, shadow work and the energetics of shame, we descend into the psyche to activate the codes of sovereignty that have always lived within you. Limiting beliefs, inherited programming, the patterns that have kept you small, all become the raw material for alchemical transformation. This is the fire that transmutes. The work that liberates. The turning point where you begin to know yourself as a conscious creator.
Module 5
Liberating the Lineage. Freeing the Future.
We go deeper still, into the ancestral and cultural conditioning carried through generational lines. Using shamanic tools and trance journeying with the medicine drum, we enter altered states to meet our unique inherited patterns with the full force of the tools we have gathered. We work with the collective conditioning around power, disrupting what has kept us bound, so that we may emerge liberated, sovereign and free.
Module 6
Courage. Truth. The sword & the fire.
This is where everything uplifts. We move into the vibrant, courageous energies of the lioness, exploring her energetic blueprint of sovereignty, presence, protection and mastery. We speak of the sword of truth and what it means to be a spiritual warrior in this lifetime. You have done the deep work. Now you are forged through fire. Now you are ready to meet the world from the full force of who you are.
Module 7
Meeting the world. Creation blueprints.
Through Stanislav Grof's perinatal matrix, we explore the birth blueprint and how you move through, create and show up in the world. We work with the masculine and feminine as archetypes, understanding how they live in us, in our relationships, and in the inner romance that makes wholeness possible. We also turn to business and money, dissolving the distorted power dynamics and misinformation that surround them, and through the animistic lens, we come into right relationship with creation, treating your business as a beloved.
Module 8
The ebb and the flow. The descent as teacher.
We have gathered everything. And now we meet the great current of life itself. This module honours the descent to the underworld, teaching us to navigate the dark tides with grace and awareness so that we may be constantly growing. We work with the interdimensional force of Witco and call upon the trickster archetype, the flip side of everything, the swell, the tide, the ebb and the flow. Because this is the journey too. And knowing how to move with it is its own profound initiation.
Module 9
An ending & a begginning.
We close in ceremony. We speak of the New Earth and the energetics of initiation, and we let the imprint of these teachings become collective. This is the gateway. The passing through. You leave not as you arrived, but as someone who has remembered the song of their soul and chosen to live by it. From here you move into the world to serve, create and live from your unique true essence.
You will move through the inner worlds of shadow and healing, into the fire of truth, courage and visibility, and finally into the lived embodiment of your gifts and unique frequency in the world.
