PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits are non-refundable.
First instalment must begin within 30 days of booking.
Missing two consecutive payments removes the participant from the plan and the space is released.
All payments follow the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancelling before 1 May 2026:
Payments made, minus the deposit, are refundable or transferable.
If cancelling between 1 May and 1 September 2026:
Payments made, minus the deposit, are transferable only to another retreat within 18 months.
No refunds.
If cancelling after 1 September 2026:
No refunds.
No transfers.
SUBSTITUTIONS
A booking may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the retreat.
Replacement must be approved.
Replacement must complete forms and full payment immediately.
Financial exchange between participants is handled privately.
Once transferred, the contract continues with the new participant.
INSURANCE
Participants are responsible for securing their own travel and cancellation insurance.
